My name is Dr. Matthew Gerlach. I am an orthopedic spine surgeon in Northern Colorado.​​

Being in Longmont for over 17 years, I have come to know and love the community I serve. Serving it as a surgeon means I have had the privilege of helping people take care of their pain. I see how hard people in this community work in order to make sure the job gets done right
